INGREDIENTS

• A huge pie crust (unbaked)
• Unsalted butter – 1/3 cup
• common sugar – 2/3 cup
• common salt 1/3 tsp
• Medium Eggs – 3
• corn syrup – 1 cup
• a teaspoon full of coffee powder
• chopped pecans – 1 cup
• chocolate chips – 1 cup  
• cream – ½ cup
• vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
• icing sugar – 1 tbsp

DIRECTIONS

In a heavy saucepan melt the butter on a low flame. By the time pre-heat the oven to 190 degree Celsius. Now beat the eggs in a huge bowl. Simultaneously add the corn syrup and the melted butter to turn it into a smooth batter. Mix the coffee powder in a teaspoon of water and add it into the batter. Now it’s the time to add the pecans into the batter. Put a layer of the chocolate chips over the bottom of the unbaked pie crust and then the pecan batter on top of it. Now bake the entire thing on 190 degrees Celsius for duration of 40 to 45 minutes. Insert a knife and check if it is done if not then bake it for some more minutes. Cover the dish once it is done and let it be there in the room temperature for approximately 8 hours. Now whip the remaining cream with sugar and vanilla essence. Serve the soft pecan pie with whipped cream mounted on it.

INGREDIENTS

one packet of marie biscuit

Two cups of cream

3/4TH cup of sugar

Three table spoons of cocoa powder

Vanilla escence

2 tablespoons of mango syrup

1 cup water

Half cup of fresh cream

Jelly

METHOD

Mix the mango syrup in water in an open dish and keep it aside. mix half of the sugar and vanilla essence in one cup of cream. whip until it turns into a smooth batter. Dip the marie biscuits in the mango solution one by one for 15 seconds and with the help of a knife apply cream on one side of the biscuit. Stack up all the biscuits by repeating the same process. once it is over lay down the log shaped biscuits in a large plate. let it freeze for half an hour. in the meanwhile take the other cup of cream and mix the remaining sugar and cocoa powder in it and again whip to turn it into a thick smooth batter. after 30 minutes take uot the biscuit log and cover the entire thing with the chocolate cream mixture. refreeze it for two hours and and cut slanting pieces of the same. Serve with fresh cream and jelly.
